Anti-Spam Policy
Because we prepare and send mailings ourselves, we see every list before it is used. That puts us in a good position to stop unwanted mail early — and we use it: a list without proof of consent does not get sent.
What we guarantee
- Each address in a mailing has consent that the company can show us on request.
- Newsletter sign-ups are confirmed by the subscriber before the first mailing.
- Recipient data of one company is not shared with other companies or used by us.
- An unsubscribe remains valid for every future mailing of the company.
Forbidden uses
- Lists from purchases, swaps, competitions or public directories.
- Re-adding addresses that have unsubscribed or complained.
- Subject lines or sender names that mislead about who is writing.
- Splitting a list over several companies to get around our checks.
Handling reports
- Each report is answered; the headers tell us the company and the mailing.
- If the report seems justified, mailings for that company are paused during our check.
- Confirmed misuse ends the cooperation, and the address is excluded from further mail through us.
- Blocklist operators can obtain the relevant facts from us.
A message you never subscribed to?
Forward it including the full message source. We will find the company it came from and stop further mail to you.
